[Az-Geocaching] Night Time Caches

I noticed somebody asking for puzzle caches again, and
I was curious as to how many caches are around,
in/near Phoenix, that are designed to be done at
night. I'm also curious about which urban ones can be
done safely at night, generally quick 'supposedly'
easy ones.
