[Az-Geocaching] law enforcement

Who are the law enforcement people who are also cachers out there? I think I came across an individual who may want to commit a terrible crime and I'm not sure what to do, or what jurisdiction this comes under. This is not a joke or an exaggeration. Please e-mail me privately. I don't want to put the details in public. I may not get to my e-mail until mid-morning, but I still need help.

I feel quite ill.
