It is amazing what survives and what doesn't - I saw a picture looking
down (I think) Carter Canyon road and houses in the foreground are toast, a
bigger building a hundred feet away behind them is intact. I remember the
same kinds of pictures and situations from last years Rodeo-Chedeski fires
too.
