I am updating all of my cache pages with the following rule:

RANDMAN is NOT allowed to log a find on this cache, if he
does, his log will be deleted.

Gregg,

What's your point? Are you saying it's okay to break the
rules of the game? Or are you just making an observation?

I know that you didn't take the Wyle B operative to
Tucson, but the point I was making with my comment was to
draw attention that Wyle B wasn't supposed to leave the
central Arizona area.

If someone thinks it's okay to take the Wyle's to Tucson,
then will it be okay for someone else to take the Wyle's to
New Mexico or to Texas or someplace else?

All of the Operatives (except C) have made the journey
to southern Arizona and safely returned to the Phoenix
area...

Wyle B seems to have wandered out of his area! He is
now in Tucson. Per the instructions, if I remember
correctly, the Wyle's are not supposed to leave the "central
Arizona" area!? I hope he makes it back home and doesn't
wander any further away!

Several people have inquired as to when Wyle B would
be released and I told them I would post a note to the
listserver. Wyle B is now resting in the McD Walking Tour
cache. Be sure to check the cache page for temporary
starting coordinates.
