My only thinking of a cacher being in law enforcement (myself being one of them, but in a civilian role FOR the officer), is that one of these cachers coming across this twit and scaring the bejeezus out of them. In all likelihood, it's a teenager with nothing better to do, so that might be all it takes. Regardless, I'm sure any of us would take the opportunity to deal with the issue, law enforcement or not. Some well thought out words and some voice tone do wonders for rattling someone's nerves.
