When I picked up our cache, I asked for a copy of the paper that had the
list of caches that they wanted gone. It looked to be a copy of an
e-mail or memo, and it says that they are trying to get ahold of someone
at geocaching.com
My guess is that it's being lost into noise, or they are e-mailing the
wrong person.
Anyway, they are actually being very very nice about the whole thing.
These aren't geocachers, so you can't expect them to automatically know
where to send complaints.
I left them with lots of contact information so they can get ahold of us
and let us know ahead of time about any problems they might have in the
future... although it sounded like they were having problems not, just
enforcing their rules.
