I'd say that only 4 of my 23 active caches would be wheelchair accessible and
about 5 others would be accessible to someone using crutches, a walker, or
otherwise less mobile, being on mostly flat, short distance traverses from a
nearby sidewalk or parking area to the cache. The Moon is even accessible in
this second catagory! Afterall, just look at how bulky and confining those
Apollo spacesuits were.... :-)
