My copy of the US Fish and Wildlife Service brochure, "Cabeza Prieta
National Wildlife Refuge" (dated October 1999) states "Pets must be
leashed and under control at all times." But at least they are
permitted.

This is out in the middle of the desert. There's no restrictions on
pets. No leash required! :)

question...does anybody know if there are any restrictions on animals?
