[Az-Geocaching] Caches that I'm going to transfer ownership.

Hello everyone. Thanks for all of the responses and willingness of
people to help me out with my little predicament that I'm in. The
following are the caches and who can take them over. Let me know if I
got any of these wrong or if any of these are going to be a problem for
you.
