[Az-Geocaching] Palo Verde and ET Phone Home both Archived

I went to check on both caches today and both have been liberated. I know
both have disappeared once before. I know ET seemed to be visible if they
were not put back in the same spot. Palo Verde I don't know what happened
to it, it was in good shape the last time I checked.
