I would guess that the tags shouldn't cost more than a buck or two.
The advantage here is that they would cover caches worldwide.
The tag does have the effect of making it look more "official"
than just a number written on the traveler. It makes it more
noticeable and hopefully will entice accidental finders to
report the traveler and place it in a new cache.
