Do you have the owner’s manual?  There is a section about MapSend there that might be the answer to your problem.  Appears to be some sort of CD that you have to load on your computer to install maps on that model GPS.  If you don’t have the owner’s manual it’s available from Magellan’s Support website. that does not help at all. The date cable connection may be in the wrong setting but there is no way i have found to get in to check it .  My Garmin's never give  a problem. anyone have any idea ??
