[Az-Geocaching] Winter camping - where?

Yes--It's on Organizational Ridge near the Palisades Ranger station.

There's a few caches near the camp as well--Bear Country Jamboree (missing last I checked), and another that's a beautiful hike down the Palisades Trail (perhaps 1 miles).
