Well, skeptics will always exist no matter where you go. The thing about
the fire was from me, given to me by officers in the area. They said the
fire rolled right through the area, and it indeed did so. However, it
burned AROUND the rest area, a fact I discovered on my move to Montana (as I
drove through the rest area). Also, I don't recall saying it burned to the
ground, because they are brick structures. Based on the information I
received, I was under the impression that it had cooked through the rest
area. That information was both right and wrong.

With editing, I'm willing to post the original e-mail I received giving me
news of this occurrence. I say edited, because he asked me before he left
not to spread around what he did for a living. Taking that into account, I
will not disclose where he was killed.

Now, if you're thinly veiling an accusation that I'm lying, come out and say
so. I've exchanged several e-mails with the person who informed me, and
don't have any reason to doubt the authenticity at this point.
