[Az-Geocaching] Mad Park Ranger

This brings up something I've wanted to know for a long time.
Can someone that is in the know compile a list of which sections of Arizona are off-limits or require permission? Some, like Native American land, would seem to me to be obviously off-limits, but I really am not sure about some of the parks and/or mountains as to who they're managed by or whether they're appropriate. A comprehensive list, if possible, would be extremely helpful.
