SHADOW,
I think you have hit the nail on the head and I just did not want to 
admit it.  While I had very good power during the upload I may not have 
unzipped all that I needed to unzip when I down loaded the upgrade.  I 
may have to break down and send it in so they can re-upload the OS.  
They have not answered my calls or email and I believe they must be off 
for the long week end.  I'll try them again on Tue.

Sure hope I don't have to do that.&nbsp; I can't believe there is not a
Reset of sorts that will let you get to some basic screen and reload
