Yes, like reports that the Catalina Highway may stop the fire..... as 
though the road is a "natural" barrier to fire advancement.

This is the impression that is imparted to most of the 5:00 p.m. news 
watchers.... when in fact it is what is done on that line by hundreds of 
firefighters.  Now THAT story would make interesting news.
