If people won't play by the rules we have, why will they play by the
rules when we have more of them?

BTW, Butterfield Battalion (GC0374) is "tethered" as you discussed in
your other posting.  I don't think it's welded, and it's probably
difficult to tell if anyone has tried to "liberate" it, but it's been
out there for over a year. On a side note, I notice the owner of that
cache has developed the pictures from the cache-cam. If any of you want
to see them, go read his note on the cache page.
