[Az-Geocaching] Geocaching and State Trust Land

See how this can get blown out of proportion!  Again, I am not going to worry about and continue with caches on Trust Land.  The person that told Shadowace that Geocaching was not allowed is low on the chain of command, I think when his supervisors find out they may take a different view.  We are working on it.
