[Az-Geocaching] New Fake cache logger - FYI

[AZcachemeister]

Virtual caches require an active owner, just the same as any other cache.
Perhaps there is a desire to see them all go away (not by me!), but if 
the owner isn't caring for their cache then it's the same as a trad with 
a filled up soggy log and a broken container.
