[Az-Geocaching] How do I get off mailing list ?

At the bottom of every single email you get from the list you will find
instructions for removing yourself. Also, be aware that the average volume
is more like two or three a day - sometimes days without any. This recent
discussion is unusual.

I wasn't expecting over 100 + AZ-Geocaching e-mails a day !! Do you know how
to get off this mailing list. The web master maybe ? How do I find him to
delete myself.

 Thank you
