Well this is right up my alley for I have done some presentations on the usuage of the ancient chinese tool and maps etc.  I could probably make arrangements to get off work by 1:30 and be of assistance.

        Hi, All!

        Recently, I met Michael Magyar, a professional land surveyor who has arranged a GIS day at Mesquite Middle School in Gilbert on Wednesday November 19th.

        Michael will have various speakers come in to talk to 8th grade classes throughout the day about various topics that relate to geography, engineering, and GIS. Michael is very eager to have experienced Geocachers join in to present what geocaching is about and answer questions from 8th grade students.

        I understand that like anyone, you keep a busy work schedule. However, those who volunteer to speak during school hours can choose to participate for just one hour or more hours, and volunteer time can be any time from morning (7:58am) till 2:50pm.

        Here are the times:
        7:48-8:38
        9:06-9:55
        9:59-10:48
        10:52-11:41
        11:45-12:34
        1:08-1:57
        2:01-2:50

        I might be able to get some time off to join in for the day. If so, it would be fabulous to pair up with another cacher-speaker to present/answer questions together.

        Please let me know if this interests you and is also a possibility.
