[Az-Geocaching] Digging holes

I dont know, we found 3 buried caches in the same day up in the Phoenix
area. When your digging in a city park or behind a building it is possible
because the land manager waters it so often.

 All you have to do is come at night and dig a hole, 'don't worry everyone
does it' appears to be the standard response though.

 Sadly when I tried to ask one of the cache owners about this I was
basically told to remain in Tucson and not to bother there caches anymore.
