[Az-Geocaching] Walker Butte

As a new part-time resident of the Florence area I feel the need to place a
Geocache (kind of like a dog peeing on a post :-)).  Walker Butte is an
obvious feature which is nearby and I assume accessible.  That leads into my
question, why are there no caches on the butte, is it private land?  The
topo may shows that it is close to the Reservation but not on it.  If anyone
has some local knowledge that they'd like to pass along I'd appreciate it.
