[Az-Geocaching] Duquesne

That road is public. At least the dope smugglers think so.  CBP and USFS use
it regularly.  It's not uncommon for unfriendly locals to falsely 'close'
roads.  My BLM ranger friend spends a good amount of time citing people for
that.

I flew over Duquesne a while back and got the evil eye from the guy you are
referring to.  I say ignore him.

BTW, Ruby is a nice visit for a ghost town, although also private.  I was
over there recently and didn't see any signs of occupation in the town.
