[Az-Geocaching] Adopting a cache

HA! Well that's a new 'RULE' I have never heard of! The container going 
missing isn't the issue, it's his way of saying he doesn't want it done, 
and he is going to throw his weight around to get his way.
I say you should cut it short, hide your new cache and reference the old 
one in some way. You can put whatever you want in the 'Hidden By' box!
Then very clearly state that this is a replacement cache, and that 
finders of the previous cache will have their logs deleted. The only 
thing preventing anyone from posting multiple logs on any cache is their 
conscience and the owner's diligence in deleting them. I would, however, 
recommend allowing notes by previous finders, just as should be allowed 
for any cache.
