[Az-Geocaching] 2007 Arizona CITO Coin

I wholeheartedly endorse this concept!
The Beeline adoption isn't the only area in the state that has had 
repeated attention, and the Alamo Wash probably won't be the last.
An expandable series would certainly be the best option. Personally I 
feel that any area that has had more than one CITO event should be 
eligible, but I'll leave that call to the developers of the coin/series 
of coins.
