[Az-Geocaching] Trouble at GC.com???

I wonder if there is trouble at home??  I have asked to adopt a cache, 
have the cache owners consent, and have not heard anything for about a 
week, humm????

Also, I asked GC.com to re-activate my library cache as the remodeled 
library was opened on September 30, still waiting????

Wonder what's going on??
