I've been able to reach Robert through his profile address with no problems (just finished setting up a trade myself, in fact).  Maybe he's got a large backlog of trade offers he's wading through...

Since I haven't been able to contact Jeep'en Jumpers to set up a trade for his geocoin, I was hoping to reach them through the AZ site.  If someone has a better contact that going through GC.Com it would be helpful.
