[Az-Geocaching] A bit of history - question

I had a micro moved, too, so that I didn't find it for quite a long time. In fact, I didn't find it, another cacher did! It was "Art Rocks!" at Yavapai College (Prescott) the gray-fake rock that blended in with all the rocks in the base of an artistic fountain. (Lighted only, except when it rained) The fountain base was at least 25 feet or more in diameter, and the cache (in one of it's three incarnations, I don't remember which one off hand) was secured by velcro to another rock. After a DNF I checked it, could not find it, replaced it, then had someone find the original that I thought was muggled, and IT (the original) was re-placed almost 180 degrees from where I had it hidden. Geez! That was annoying.
Now it was muggled again last year (around the same time, but I think earlier than when my last 6 remaining "PV Park Series" caches all disappeared on Thanksgiving weekend.)
For any Prescott area cachers that are reading this list, that artistic garden by the theatre building at Yavapai is a great place for a micro cache....maybe someone (else) (smart-pv, are you out there? meeper?) could put a very clever micro there.....something that fits in....
peace everyone,
