[Az-Geocaching] Tanks in NYC

Having grown up literally in the shadow of the Empire State Building, I can
assure you that to Noo Yawkahs, it's all about not being mistaken for a
tourist. The way that is accomplished is by allowing nothing, not even a
tank rolling down 7th Avenue, to draw your attention. The only justification
for looking at the tank would be as a mechanism to avoid making eye contact
with the person approaching you from the other direction on the sidewalk.
