I just tried addressing him directly from my email program.  All I see 
in the bounce is:

Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; host smtp.secureserver.net[64.202.166.12] said: 554
    refused mailfrom because of SPF policy (in reply to MAIL FROM command)


Yes, I tried ken at highpointer dot com the link on his gc.com profile 
page. Don't know??

It didn't occur to me later. Did you check the error message? Is the 
address bad, or could it be something like his mailbox is full?
