As typical Americans who get our information from the TV news, we rarely
ever get to see what the devices that terrorists use look like. When I was
in the military, I did get to see a lot of what they used. Depending on
where they hide explosives, they go out of their way to make them look like
items that are not out of place.

Simply adding contact information to the cache container will do absolutely
NOTHING to prevent law enforcement from acting in the way that they are
trained to act when this sort of situation arises.

The fact is, we live in the world we now live in. We can't change
that. There is no such thing as a cache container that will automatically
be left alone by law enforcement if they see people acting strangely around
it. With the growing number of urban caches, this is only going to get
worse and worse. That is one of the reasons I don't care for urban caches,
it is impossible to not look suspicious when looking for them.

As long as caches are being hidden in high population areas, this will
continue to happen. We might feel better about ourselves by putting out
messages asking us to give it some thought, but it isn't going to change
things.
