[Az-Geocaching] Another searching question

Tim,
You're right, the bottom checkbox is for the Identify list and doesn't list
my finds when I select it. Thought I'd tried that, but guess not. :)
However, when I deselect the You Found/Own box to the right of the map, the
red checkmarks go away, but my cache finds are still shown on the map. The
last 3 options (Travel Bugs, You Found/Own and New) just add an additional
icon to the regular one shown, but don't work like the top ones to actually
filter the caches shown on the map.
David

You will have to click on the map itself (not refresh page) to have it
process the unchecking of the box. There are actually 2 checkboxes; the one
on the bottom of the map is for the identify list and the one on the right
side removes the founds/owned from the map display.
I just tried it and it only showed (and identified, when I selected that)
the closest unfound caches to the click point.

Subject: [Az-Geocaching] Another searching question
Been lurking for awhile, so thought I'd throw out another question, though
I'm afraid I already know the answer.
I'm trying to use the geocaching.com map feature (visualize waypoints) to
just show those caches I have not yet found. So, I get the listing of these
caches, click on the Map It icon to get the map. However, my finds are
listed. I uncheck the box below that says 'List Caches you found', refresh
the page, but they're still there! (Checkbox doesn't seem to work?) Tried
through a PQ, but there's no option to map the results provided.
Is my only option to convert my .gpx file into a Streets & Trips file, for
example, and go that route (no pun intended)?
Thanks,
David
