  As far as I know she tries to walk everyday. I know my Mom's main
  problem is her lack of ability to sleep. On most days she finally
  turns in around 4:30am even 6:30am and she has problems holding down
  a job due to that. I know they've got her on some meds but I don't
  feel their working quite the way I'd want them to if I was in her
  situation. But I know she does feel better if she walks everyday come
  rain or shine.

    Thanks Apryl, I appreciate the support. Do yo know if some kind
    of regular exercise (that someone with fibro can maintain doing)

      My Mom has been suffering with fibro since her early 20's as
      well as doing the hysterectomy recently so I hear your pain!
