Jake did mention in a somewhat confused sounding ICQ message to me that it was in the mid-80s in Phoenix in the last couple of days. Very unusual for a mid-August. That comes on the heels of my neighbor telling me he thinks we're going to have a brutal winter. Rah. ;p

Is it just me, or is this summer not as hot as previous summers? Its a pleasure to cache without sweating much. I might actually get a little power cache grid up and running while it is nice outside.
(Lame attempt to change to something more pleasant on the list.)
Tsegi Mike and Desert Viking
Till a voice, as bad as Conscience, rang interminable changes
On one everlasting Whisper day and night repeated -- so:
"Something hidden. Go and find it. Go and look behind the Ranges --
"Something lost behind the Ranges. Lost and waiting for you. Go!"
Rudyard Kipling , The Explorer 1898
