Didn't know about the Millionaire tryout. Sounds cool. I was once on "Win Ben Stein's Money" about 5 years ago.

Hm, "useless trivia"....well, true, but ya never know if you might get the chance to test for "Who Wants to be Millionaire" and that may be the $1,000,000 question.
BTW, did anyone else test for the Millionaire show recently at Chandler Fashion Mall? I drove down from Prescott to take the test and I am sad to say that I barely missed making it, only 11 of the 75 in my group "passed" and the test was da*rn HARD!
Curious to know if anyone else took it....I aced all the geography questions (Doesn't everyone know that Kingston is the capital of Jamica? The Maori are from New Zealand? *sigh* ) but got hung up on the broadway musicals and "who was secretary of state from 19...to 20... blah blah". I also had no idea who performed the "something frumpy monster ?" song on Sesame Street.....REM, U2, Nine Inch Nails or Smashing Pumpkins...? Geez!
Sorry.....off topic....well, they DID have a question on the show a few weeks ago about what latitude is closest to the Canadian border...DUH! Any respecting geocaching would know it's NOT 34, (central AZ) 39 (Reno) or 42 degrees N...it was 49 deg N. So, ON TOPIC.....maybe some of our knowledge gained geocaching may pay off someday!

And when I told that in chat (elsewhere) to someone, they told me that the QE2 gets 6 inches to the gallon. More useless trivia I will never forget. Lol
