[Az-Geocaching] Yellow Jeep TBs

I read somewhere that they were asking for people from local organizations
to request them in one section of the discussion forums, and that once all
the local orgs had them, the last 1000 or so would be given out to
individuals, people who they had determined in some way would be less likely
to keep them. Maybe I was mistaken/confused.

I didn't look that detailed into it.  Looks like Premium so far, but I'll
have to get back to you on whether or not this is truly the case.
