[Az-Geocaching] Yellow Jeep TBs

One thing is certain.  They aren't going to cachers based solely on finds.
While looking through the cachers who have received large numbers of them,
I've seen anywhere from 4300 finds (yes, you read that correctly and he's #2
in the world....SCOTT  :) ) all the way down to 109.  I have no idea what
criteria is being used to determine who gets what.
