[Az-Geocaching] Download TOPO! (.tpg) file

I just tried it and got the same resulots.  I tried it
with TOPO! 3 and with an older TOPO! 2.

I generally don' use this feature.  Instead, I
download the .txt version and then import it into both
TOPO! and MS Streets.  It takes a little longer, but I
can use the same download file for both programs.
