[Az-Geocaching] Law Enforcement Cachers

Well, I'm not sworn, but work for DPS.  :)  I'm the 'other end of the radio'
for all the officer in metro Phoenix at hours when only vampires should be
awake.  I could certainly arrange for the TB to be in the presence of
uniformed officers, or it could spend a shift with me at work, helping keep
my squads safe.
