[Az-Geocaching] Website rewrite update

Well, I've got the bulk of it up and running. The site is capable of
crawling again, and it can update the database.

The site still can't discover newly placed caches, recover missing
caches or build the books for your electronic organizers. I expect to
have the new cache discovering done by tomorrow, but until then it will
at least keep the caches that it already knows about up to date.

A nice side effect from the new data parser is that is never deletes the
old database like the old system. It instead deletes only the cache
it's currently updating, so there won't be a minute while there is no
data in the database. It will also keep the site from getting totally
thrashed when Geocaching.com changes stuff on their site (Hopefully).
That will make it a lot less obvious when there is a problem. I'll just
have to write some code that detects certain problems and puts poco loco
to the top of the list again :)

In the end, I think this will be a good thing. The code had been
quickly patched over and over and over so many times that it was all
very ugly and hard to maintain. This new fresh code will be much easier
to update in the future, and it's making it a LOT easier to add new
fields of data and therefore new potential features.
