[Az-Geocaching] Been there done that!

Since there are 1440 minutes in a 24-hour period, they would have had to
average about one cache every 14 minutes over the course of 24 hours. I
can't say it's impossible to do, since I have never attempted it. There
are so many other factors that could hinder this effort (eating, using
the restroom, fueling the car, rush-hour traffic, etc.) Chances are it
was done by a team of people dispersed all over the valley, each of them
signing or stamping logbooks of caches they have previously found. Too
bad they couldn't get someone to help out in north Scottsdale or
Ahwatukee. That would have made an even more ludicrous map. :)

Whether it's cheating or not, I don't care. I consider it a good 4/1
hoax. Either way, I've enjoyed reading all the detective-work in this
thread. It's an interesting to me anyway.

Actually, very little time/energy was spent on this from my point of
view.
But in the 'big scheme' of things, my caches are logged by my rules (no
sign, no find). I found it odd that someone could pull a 103 cache day,
and
wanted to verify on at least the caches that I own, this this indeed
happened. So for my little corner of the 103, they were valid. It took
all
of about 30 seconds to see where this cacher had been, and as far as I'm
concerned, the point it moot.

If another cacher took them around to find all 103, then they aren't
really
true finds as someone else showed them where to look. But whatever.
