[Az-Geocaching] Do administrators fear that geocachers are becoming too much like normal people?

I noticed this note from CO admin on the new breakfast event cache in December by Evil Fish:
"If you wouldn't mind, I would suggest that you mention that the purpose of this gathering is, in part, to discuss caching."
You mean there are other things to talk about besides geocaching?
I guess the administrators must fear that we geocachers are becoming too much like normal people.
