[Az-Geocaching] XML Tool

Thanks for the input. Like I said, I was bored last night, so it didn't
take much to create it. I will look at tweaking it to fit
Geocaching.com's schema (any help on where to find that would be
appreciated). As far as it being Arizona only, it is based off the text
file generated by AZGeocaching.com, so it is currently AZ only (that
file was an easy target for stealing data). I also want to get out of
state finds included, I'm just not sure how to approach that yet. I'll
have to figure out a way to get it to work off of Geocaching.com's site.
I just don't want to get my home IP address banned from the
Geocaching.com site for pulling data off their site while I'm testing
it.

Brian,

This looks good and seems to work for me. This opens up some
interesting possibilities for putting together some XSL to transform it
into any format anyone wants.

One drawback is that it is based on AZGeocaching data, so it doesn't
include out of state finds (at least I didn't see any after a quick
scan). That is one of my most important requirements. The AZGeocaching
site is wonderful from an AZ perspective, but is an incomplete picture
from an individual perspective.

The other thing I noticed is that the schema differs from the one used
by geocaching.com. Using a schema consistent with geocaching.com, would
allow any transformations to be used against either source.

Please don't take these as critical comments. This is nice work.

Thanks,
Jerry (Cache-Quest)
