Geocaching has been banned in all ".lands owned or leased by the US Fish =

Wildlife Service." (USFWS). This includes all National Wildlife Refuges
(NWR). They seem pretty antagonistic about things, too. If I owned a =
cache
in an NWR, I'd probably want to remove and archive it ASAP.
