It's a simple process. Email the admins at www.
geocaching.com. Specify which cache(s) and who the new
owner is. It might be best to CC the new owner on the
email and provide both the name and GC number of the
cache. They'll take it from there.

I'll be doing the same thing soon once I find out
where I'm going to next week.
