[Az-Geocaching] Upgrades was Breakfast #2 (Out of State for some?)

You'll have to forgive the site for a little bit, when ever there is a 
change to the official site, we have to update the software on 
AzGeocaching.com to know about those changes, so the data could be a 
little weird for a day or so till we get everything back up and running.
