[Az-Geocaching] bulk mail

This is a good question! For months now I've been
deleting my bulk mail without even blinking. Then just
earlier this week I happened to take a peek into that
folder and I found all sorts of mail that should have
been in my inbox. Meanwhile, my inbox is flooded with
junk mail. I don't see any rhyme or reason for the
bulk folder.
