[Az-Geocaching] Hall of Flame Cache...

Why is is so difficult for people to read/understand all the information on
the cache page?

I have had a few private emails about this, from newer cachers. One reason
for the Eating Crow cache to be archived, as I was tired of the negitive
comments about people not being able to locate a cache 23 feet off from the
posted coordinates, as it was rounded to the nearest 100th.

Just like the first line in many cache discriptions "This cache is not
located at the above coordinates" but people still go and complain.
